Nick’s sales career includes:
Going off to Egypt in 1991 with two empty suitcases, returning with all sorts of tourist gifts, and building from scratch a gift and homeware business supplying specialist gift shops and high street chain stores across the UK.
Founding an internet company in 1997 whose clients included Whitbread and Allied Domecq (now Diageo).
Selling email compression software to various clients, including Nationwide Building Society (130,000 licences).
Selling web-based management reporting services in 2002 to telecoms companies operating across Europe.
Nick is a qualified stress management consultant, sales trainer and author. Since 1987 he has been training in Shotokan karate, and is a 5th Dan Black Belt. He teaches at his club in Reading, UK.
